Exhibitor Information Exhibitors are set up in 2 adjoining rooms, 15 tables in each room (additional exhibitors will be set up in the main hallway). The exhibit space includes one six-foot display table and two chairs. Drape/Tablecloth is provided. Exhibitors may use stand-alone or table-top exhibits that fit within the 6 feet space. Exhibitor Map, accessible here Electrical, or audio and visual equipment, should be requested by contacting rronayne@holsteconsulting.com Exhibit Staff: Exhibit registration includes attendance for up to two representatives, continental breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks. If there is a change in your representatives, please email rronayne@holsteconsulting.com as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel exhibit space is 30 days prior to the date of the event. Cancellations must be in writing by mail or e-mail info@minnesotageriatrics.org and will not be accepted by telephone. If a company fails to cancel by the 30-day cut-off, it will be listed as a “No show” and the company will not receive a refund. List of Attendees (available for Premier, Gold, and Silver supporters) MAGIC requires that attendees choose to “opt in” to permit their name and contact information to be shared with exhibitors. The list will include attendees' names, degrees, and affiliations. We will provide this list no later than Tuesday, October 29, 2024 Exhibitor Check-In & Parking: Parking is available in the DoubleTree by Hilton parking lot. Please check in at the registration booth on the second floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel. If you requested exhibit space, you will receive that assignment when you arrive on Friday. Friday 11/8 Setup & Tear Down: Set up begins at 7:00 a.m., exhibit hall opens to attendees at 8:00 a.m. Tear Down: the conference concludes at 4 p.m. Thank you! |
