SPEAK AT THE MAGIC CONFERENCE

Position Yourself as an Industry Leader - Speak at the MAGIC Conference.
As the older adult population grows in complexity, our practitioners are standing at a critical intersection where they must increasingly absorb and apply sub-specialized care—such as cardiology and psychiatry—due to the significant barriers residents face in accessing outside specialists.  

We are seeking dynamic speakers to provide our interprofessional audience of healthcare providers, directors of nursing, skilled nursing facility leaders, pharmacists, therapy professionals, and mental health clinicians  with the high-level competencies and practical strategies needed to bridge this gap within the PALTC setting. Our goal is to move beyond theory, offering evidence-based tools and collaborative approaches that empower the entire long-term care team to manage multi morbidity with confidence and improve patient outcomes at this clinical crossroads.
