Recently, MAGIC has partnered with a research team at the University of Minnesota to conduct a survey of nursing home Medical Directors in an effort to help us to understand the role and needs of Medical Directors!

We invite you to participate in our study!

About the survey;

• 20 questions long 
• Should take 10 to 15 minutes 
• Anonymous 
• Results distributed to participants and MAGIC
