This conference brings together healthcare providers, directors of nursing, skilled nursing facility leaders, pharmacists, therapy professionals, and mental health clinicians to address the critical issues facing older adults in today's healthcare landscape.

We welcome proposals from thought leaders and innovators on a range of topics, including but not limited to:

• Innovative approaches to dementia care and cognitive health
• Addressing depression and anxiety in older adults
• Integrating mental health screenings into senior care
• Navigating psychotropic medication use in aging populations
• Interdisciplinary team strategies for supporting mental wellness
• The impact of physical and occupational therapy on mental health
• Understanding Trauma-informed care practices in geriatric populations
• Effective communication strategies for providers caring for patients with mental health conditions
• Strategies to improve mental health while balancing the facility budgets
