About the Presenters:

Dr. Simon Mittal, MD, MMM, CMD, CHMD, is a respected medical director, healthcare consultant, and founder of Envisage Health with more than 20 years of specialized experience in behavioral health systems for older adults. His experience in clinical practice, healthcare administration, and organizational development gives him a strong understanding of how to build effective, compassionate care models that advance sustainable healthcare leadership practices. His approach highlights the intersection of clinical expertise, organizational culture, and systems thinking to address the complex needs of older adults.

Sandy Turbes, MD, CMD is a physician with extensive experience caring for older adults in the post-acute and long-term care, assisted living, and home settings for the past 10 years.  In addition, she is the medical director of 4 nursing facilities in and outside the metro.  She is active on the MAGIC Board of Directors, currently serving as President-Elect, and also edits MAGIC’s TOPICS newsletter.
